Like the mesh back to be airy, cushion and head rest is comfortable, the back can tilt to good angle. only drawback is it doesnt lock the tilt position. Fast delivery just waited 2 days, the CS team is very helpful to arrange speedy delivery. delivery staff also efficient and friendly. Overall its a nice buyer experience.
